High Blood Pressure effects 31% of employees making it the number one employee health problem, followed closely by allergies (27%) and then high cholesterol (26%). This study found that the United States is the world's most anxious country, which makes it no surprise that anxiety and depression are also on the top 10 list. Finally, asthma and diabetes was found to effect roughly 10% of the employees.
